​What you need 60g Dark Chocolate Locako Vanilla Creamer Molds Locako Chocolate Gummies 120ml Coconut Milk 60g Coconut Oil 18g Almond Meal 4g Salt Directions Melt 60g Dark Chocolate in a small pot on a low heat then add 18g Locako Vanilla MCT Powder Mix well & pour into silicon molds to set in freezer for 10mins Mix together 60g Locako Chocolate Gummie Mix, 120mls Coconut Milk, Add as second layer & set for 5mins Mix together 60g Coconut Oil, 18g Vanilla Cream MCT Powder, 18g Almond Meal, 4g Salt, Pour into molds as the final layer Set in freezer for 10mins   Recipe by @mz_keto

Vanilla Cream Chia Pudding

What you need 1 Cup of Coconut Milk  4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds  4 Tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer Directions Add an inch of warm water to a measuring cup or jug. Add 4 tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer and stir until dissolved. Add 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds. Add 1 cup of Coconut Milk. Stir until combined. Pour into a cup. Let set in the fridge for 5 hours (or overnight).   Optional toppings: Yoghurt, Strawberries and Shredded coconut.

Low Carb Chocolate Gummies

Serves 12 Serving size 10g powder mix ​What you need 300g water (coconut milk, almond milk or coconut cream works wonders) Saucepan Gummies moulds  Directions Add whole contents of the bag into a sauce pan with liquid of choice Stir until completely dissolved Pour mixture into moulds Refrigerate for an hour  Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week  Recommended variations To make smaller amounts use 35ml boiling liquid to 1 tablespoon gummie powder.
