Shipping & Returns


Domestic Shipping

Due to increased parcel volume and ongoing restrictions caused by COVID-19, Our Couriers are experiencing significant delays in delivering parcels to all areas of Australia. Our WA customers are especially impacted by this and some areas may take up to 4 weeks to receive their order. 

All Domestic and International order are shipped daily (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in Brisbane. If you would like same day dispatch, make sure to have your order placed by 10 am AEST. 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Standard Shipping on orders $49.95 and over: Free 

Standard Shipping on orders under $48.95: $6.95

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via DHL Express International. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive your order pending customs clearance. 

International customers, please note that some countries will require payment of a Government-mandated import or VAT tax before your order can be processed through Customs. For more information please refer to your National Customs Department or contact our international delivery partner DHL for advice on whether any additional import fees will be required before delivery is possible. These will be in addition to any shipping fees charged at the checkout. 

International Shipping Rates 

International Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order or free for orders over $90.

Locako Returns

Returns are available subject to the following conditions: 

  • Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is sent. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully. 
  • Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the concern. 

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns

  • The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products. 
  • The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
  • The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.

If a refund or exchange is agreed upon, this will only be processed once the originalitems have been received back to the address supplied by emailing hello@locako.com.au
