Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

All Domestic and International order are shipped (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in Melbourne. We do ask for up to 5 working days to pack and dispatch orders in order to manage the volume. 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Standard Shipping on orders $80 and over: Free 

Standard Shipping on orders under $80: $7.95

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via Aus Post International or Via Sendle. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive your order pending customs clearance. 

We are unable to provide tracking for parcels to NZ via Auspost, you will receive a tracking number that will be trackable only when it is delivered 

International customers, please note that some countries will require payment of a Government-mandated import or VAT tax before your order can be processed through Customs. For more information please refer to your National Customs Department or contact our international delivery partner DHL for advice on whether any additional import fees will be required before delivery is possible. These will be in addition to any shipping fees charged at the checkout. 

International Shipping Rates 

International Shipping is a flat rate of $18 per order or free for orders over $150 to New Zealand and $30 for the rest of the world

Locako Returns

Returns are available subject to the following conditions: 

  • Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is sent. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully. 
  • Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the concern. 

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns

  • The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products. 
  • The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
  • The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.

If a refund or exchange is agreed upon, this will only be processed once the original items have been received back to the address supplied by emailing
