What you need
- 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
- 4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 4 Tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer
- Add an inch of warm water to a measuring cup or jug.
- Add 4 tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer and stir until dissolved.
- Add 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds.
- Add 1 cup of Coconut Milk.
- Stir until combined. Pour into a cup.
- Let set in the fridge for 5 hours (or overnight).
Optional toppings: Yoghurt, Strawberries and Shredded coconut.
