DOMESTIC SHIPPING - STANDARD ONLY

We use Sendle and Australia Post standard freight on all orders sent Aus wide, if you do have a preference please let us know 

As a general rule, all orders received after 11am will be processed the following day. 

Please allow 2-5 working days from despatch date for your parcel to arrive. We are have warehouses in Sydney and Brisbane, so if you are interstate, Sendle can take an extra couple of days if you are in a remote area or in WA.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive and email confirmation, unfortunately with Aus Post we can not provide tracking details until it has been delivered 

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to be aware of any additional customs clearance fees or taxes which may apply to the products you are purchasing in your country. Taxes may be incurred once a shipment reaches your country. Refunds will not be accepted for any international items that are returned due to being unclaimed or taxes unpaid.

If we have not provided a tracking ID on your order confirmation (domestic orders), please drop us a line at hello@locako.com.au and we can check tracking for you.
