CHOCOLATE BRITTLE


What you need
  1. 200g of 85% dark chocolate
  2. Locako Raw Cacao
  3. 200g of Macadamia nuts
  4. Saucepan
  5. Tray


Directions
  1. Melt two blocks (200g) of 85% dark chocolate and two tablespoons of Locako Raw Cacao in a saucepan on low heat⁠.⁠
  2. Stir until chocolate is melted ⁠and Raw Cacao is evenly distributed⁠.⁠
  3. Leave to cool for 5 minutes⁠.⁠
  4. Add 200g of Macadamia nuts and stir until completely coated⁠.⁠
  5. Using a spoon, scoop onto a tray lined with baking paper⁠.⁠
  6. Set in the fridge for 1 hour (but you can sneak a piece at 30 minutes).⁠
