What’s the difference between Collagen and Gelatin?
Collagen is hydrolysed so it dissolves in anything and is completely tasteless. Gelatin will become a gel when added to hot liquid and set in the fridge. Gelatin is also tasteless but does have a little texture.

Directions for use
Simply add 2 teaspoons to your coffee, tea or any hot drink.
To Make Gummies
Add 250ml hot liquid per tablespoon of gelatin and add your favorite ingredients (Locako's Coffee Creamer Decadent Chocolate works wonders).
How To Bloom Gelatin
Sprinkle the powdered gelatin into a liquid and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, when the mixture is heated, the gelatin will dissolve evenly. You can bloom gelatin in just about any liquid.
