I follow a ketogenic diet and electrolytes are extremely important. This stuff is a quick convenient way to get my elecroltyes in and it tastes legit like fresh lemonade!! I've started drinking this in the morning, at class, in the gym, pretty much whenever. I love it
There was not the amount of grams that should've been .Very disappointed
A lot saltier tasting than I expected and they took forever to arrive. Customer service follow up from Locako was a bit disappointing. Basically ignored my email chasing up my package and eventually responded to an additional Facebook message I sent. I’ve purchased many great locako products but the electrolytes I wouldn’t bother with again. Next time I’ll prob just purchase their other products in store given my experience this time.
